My screen is loose at the bottom corner. To the left of the home button. It clicks like its not stuck down property when pressed. Silly question but I have to ask. If I go to Genius bar and they replace it. Will it be a brand new one in an unopened box?

Did you just almost agree with me? The look, the feel, how it performs is completely different. I was dubious whilst watching the key notes but when the thing is in your hand it doesnt feel anything like the previous models and not just because of the size increase.

Some of you may or may not be surprised to hear this, but the upgrade from the 3gs to 4s doesnt even come close to the upgrade from the 4s to 5. The device is a thing of beauty and is awesome.
