how about both i run 25mm spacers on the front and 10mm spacers on the rear, but i have converted from bolts to studs and nuts - safer! and i also run 205 45 16 tyres, ride and grip are improved with both modifications :D

k4m in a clio has dephaser? s**t off. in the megane sure also i look after a 172 on 250k and its on original gearbox and dephaser, serviced regular seams to work a treat :D
