That's happened to me too, I called up when I saw the ad (first person to call) then arranged to see it. I called them up before I set off & all was ok. I then got a call when I was literally 20 mins from there (been on the road for over an hour by now) saying someone had wired the money for it...

From reading on here, a lot of folk don't change the MAF sensor, this leads to the engine going bang. Aparently if the sensors changed there's less chance of them letting go. I looked at getting a P1 ages ago, but got a bit put off.

I think most fit them as it's a bit of a 'fashion thing' I think it's each to their own tbh. On a car with a few mods, yeah you can get away with it. On a car that looks basically standard, they don't look right.

I really like the BM in the last pic, I don't like it in the first one wirth the other wheels on it. The kit looks ok tbh.

I'd use the one I was least worried about for commuting. The 'shed' diesel route is a good idea imo, that way if it picks up a few car park dings & scrapes i'd not worry about it.

The heated mirrors only come on with your heateted rear screen iirc.

Hammerite smooth is fine, give them two or three coats & let them dry properly. As for the vinyl for the B pillars, i'm not overly a fan tbh,
