Fitted it today, place the cold air feed at the bottom of the nsf arch trim by the horn, just above the cut outs in the nsf arch. OMG however much better is the viper compared to the old K&N I used to have and the sound is ACE. Defo seems more responsive, get a thumbs up from me.:D

Decided to port my cyclinder head myself. Have a set of carbide tip cutters for the job, worked wonders, have got the ports to a decent size. Takes about 2-3hrs to shape the ports(each one) and keep them nice and even. Working on the theory of highly polished exhaust ports and rough inlet...

I got myself another engine and gearbox with all the bits on it. Have plans for it...... Cyclinder head gas ported Camshaft Re-profile Stainless steel valves Block..... Custom made pistons to lower compression ratio And a Turbo to be fitted. Bit concerned about manifold for this...
