    3 days of cleaning the Fu*kers so not a fun job but worth it . All of the spray in stuff does bugger all so it really is a inlet manifold off job FYI

    Inlet manifold off turn crank to get first 2 valves closed then sea foam brush dentist tools and other bits . Took a long time but was worth doing by the looks of the state the valves were in . Car drives much better now im guessing to the increased air flow . Alan

    Over the weekend I took the inlet manifold off to clean the valves . Also I changed the spark plugs , coil packs BOV , boost control valve , Canister Depollution system eletro valve and the BOV and cut and crimped the wires . Also put a K & N panel filter in along with an oil and filter change...

    I loved the looks of my one big 4 door with a huge rear wing :) They drive great as well . Only bit was Vtec was hard to keep it in the zone on up shifts . Alan

    Love it :) I did love my old ATR I had the K&N that was down in the wheel arch not the short kit that you have . Old pic of my one great cars IMO

    Well we shall see but this is said to sort the problem out so you don't have to clean the valves and inlet out . This is the only change on the 208 GTI and the RCZ and I don't think they have any more problems Alan

    Yes same here as I have had x 2 106 GTI x 2 306 GTI-6 x 1 206 GTI ( not good ) and a few 106 D and 306 HDI . The 208 GTI is said to be more like it and the RCZR is much more like it LOL Alan

    This is spot on I would say it is good at everything amazing at none . This was the best car to fit my bill for the moment for price performance mpg age toys etc Will not excite most people as does not do anything amazing . Alan
