I've not looked in to it myself as there's no need currently, but NOW TV used to offer a Sky Sports package (pay monthly and day passes for certain events). Do they not still offer that? Could potentially be worth looking at if they do
I am indeed! Although at the moment my plans are very loose. I’m at a wedding just north of Stoke on the Friday so will leave there some point in the afternoon, head over to Telford way to meet the missus and then convoy over with her on the night. Would have no issues adding to the convoy but...
My other half is coming and I remember maybe a couple others saying their OH’s were coming too. So there might be as many as four females in attendance 😂
Pure sausage fest tbh
Sounds like a wheel bearing to me, but I’m far from being qualified to answer 😂 And I haven’t driven a Clio for probably 12 years!
Is it when turning both ways, or just one direction? And is it speed related?
@Steve
Not wholly relevant, but I moved from Sky BB in January to BRSK as the best Sky they could offer in my area was averaging 36 mbs due to the cul-de-sac not having fibre. It was just about OK initially, but after upgrading my TV and Xbox it became impossible with 4k streaming/gaming at...
Well that's partly what happened to me, along with general prices increases on top. So was a double whack for me.
My understanding is Sky TV customers (with a wired box) can cancel regardless of how far they are into their contract following price increases (providing the correct process is...
Just be aware with Sky Stream; I posted about Sky in the TIDL thread recently as they've hiked my prices mid contract. Streaming TV is not governed by the usual Communications Act 2003, so in my case I cannot invoke my right to cancel as the typical rules and consumer rights do not apply in this...
I've used the heavy duty 3m velcro coins for years across my last 4 or so cars. Never once fallen off as they really do grip well (to the point where they're genuinely quite hard to pull off).
Personally, I affix the softer side to the back of the plate and the coarser side on the car. In my...
I know (or know of) a guy who has one of these (or certainly used to up until not that long ago). He's got to be close to the end now given he was about 60 y/o when I first met him in the 90's. Let me know if you want a note dropping through his door
I will be polishing away remnants of this lovely piece of abstract artwork which was so kindly left on my roof the other evening.... :ROFLMAO:
They must like me really otherwise they've have scratched it in, I'm sure!
In reference to my post above, I must say I have a new level of respect for guys that work on “every day” cars as part of their job/business.
It’s been a so many years now since I cleaned a car that hasn’t had some type of regular care, and I’d forgotten how hard it was. Her car is only 3 years...
The gf’s car goes back Monday in readiness for her new one. She lives in the sticks so as well as all the dirt and mud (honestly it looked like it was baked on to the paint) it’s also covered in scratches from all the narrow lanes. Wish I’d not volunteered to do it tbf as even after 4 or so...
No where near as detailed as yours (and not completely accurate either as I do not use "Trucknet" and definitely should NOT be listened to for MOT advice) but still a little disconcerting...
Here’s what I found on Nickw88 based on publicly available information:
🧰 ClioSport.net (Renault/Clio...
Been using it again today, sooo useful to me right now!
On a separate note, I need CS to tell me whether I'm borderline insane...
So, does anyone else make the extra effort to be polite to it i.e. always saying please and thank you and praising it for a job well done? I feel mental typing this...
I'm far from techy when it comes to actual knowledge, but I'd like to think I'm a quick learner so have been playing around with this for a while now.
Over the last few weeks I've come under a little bit of pressure to ensure everything in my department meets our newest ISO accreditation which...
I didn’t realise quite how crazy prices are now until the missus was after a new car (the work) recently. Anything less than £60k just seemed crap.
There were well specced G series M4’s pushing £100k at BMW and I’m sure mine was “only” around £60k OTR. That’s a crazy jump up in one model...
