Sorry mate, it wasn't very clear. I came to the same conclusion as you about front bumper! The aero catches are for the bonnet and I am replacing the front bumper as mine is damaged. I just bundled them together in the same sentence.

The hose that connects to the throttle body is just held on with a jubilee clip...

I had some oil seeping from underneath the bolt heads on the rocker cover. I just undid them one at a time and placed a small amount of sealant underneath the bolt head on the offending side. Fixed mine!
