I thought the "superior" 8GB DDR5 they said would allow it to be more powerful than Xbox Ones 8GB DDR3 and used it as a selling point for everything being 60FPS. Yet what's this everything turns out to be 30FPS instead? Meanwhile:
"Forza Motorsport 5 and Killer Instinct are running at a...
No disks, everything is purchased online (think Steam) but everyone was making out like it was a terrible thing that would never work (even though it works fine for Steam on the PC). Thats why i was refering to it as a non-issue but it was treated like the worst thing ever.
I thought it was fairly standard practice that launch titles are created on PCs, its not like the consoles are available 2yrs before launch for the developers to use surely? Or is that being spun as some kind of scandal now as well like the whole online-only non-issue.
I've got one of these for the same sort of principles. I wanted a smart phone without having to be paranoid/precious about it breaking. I just treat it like a disposable and if it breaks i'll get something else...
Might use it as an excuse to go for a drive as well mate if the GF approves. I wont be going to CSS either. I've got family in Lincoln so i know the location; am i right in thinking i would turn Right on the newly built roundabout by the pub to get to it rather than going up to the top near the...
Ah its made it to Steam now? I saw it when it was on Kickstarter but it was already funded by the time i noticed.
Deffinately one to keep your eyes on but closer to release, i dont get this trend of paying for Alpha/Beta versions.
Hard to say at this early time. I would have thought i will go for the Xbox One but it depends what my colleagues and friends go for as we often do Gears of War Wednesday evenings for example
So will largely depend what everyone else gets.
Its not even an issue. I cant do this with any game in my Steam list either yet its not stopped me using it. BattleField3 costs just as much on PC as it did on console and that didnt stop people?
In the 5 or so years I have never felt the need to play on my 360 when more than one other person is present. Not to mention my room is so small i dont even have the space to use Kinect so how will that even be an issue?
Its World of Tanks, they are porting it from PC to Xbox. "Summer" its slated for aparently.
Be interesting to see how the transition from keyboard + mouse to controller works out. Either way its not a bad game but very pay 2 win (ingame cash shop affair).
I think everyone is over-looking the obvious, people are creature of habits. If they had an Xbox before, they will have an Xbox again. Because their friends do, or their work colleagues do etc. This will continue.
I think the only people who may be swayed by flashy E3 presentations will be the...
I wonder if Sony are making last minute edits to their presentation so their console undercuts? I know I would if I was in their position. PS4 now £450 £399!
Yup which is why I mentioned this E3 doesn't massively bother me as I wont be playing any of the next gen releases until next year when the consoles start to come down in price. Might bite around the £300 mark as that's what I've paid in the past.
The Witcher 3, Dark Souls 2.
Everything else is just a "meh" for me as I cant see me paying launch prices for an XBone or PS4. So anything released for the new consoles wont be getting played until at least next year. I imagine the majority of focus this E3 will be on "next gen".

Former THQ exec details terrible working conditions for developer 4A Games and "irrational requirements" of THQ
Worth a read by the way!
It depends. Unfortunately there may be quests out there that you havent yet started/picked up and the moment you speak to the Duke the game progresses and you can no longer get those missed quests even if you go back for them. This is what i was refering to when i said i rushed through to access...
Pretty much this. The 1*2 is already better on MPGs than it should be so id be concerned about your maintenance budget if fueling the thing is difficult....
Exactly! Its the first game that actually has volumetric mechanics for the flamethrower so it mimics IRL. For example if you spray the flames at a surface it bounces and fills the void so to speak. So you can fire it up into a bunker and the flames spread inside the bunker as they reflect off...
They are the same thing. Superchips are just an "out of the box" remap that is uploaded to your car via a handset which is the same as the RSTuner. Personally id go RSTuner if i had your choice. The problem with Superchips is their handset becomes locked to your car and worthless to everyone...
I managed to get Level13 last night and Level5 with the Flamethrower (unlocked Carbine as a starter weapon for it too). I have used nothing but the Flamethrower on every match i join, straight to Allies for some pyro fun. So satisfying! :)
Yeah i have the same problem mate. Picked up a couple of "Journal Page 1" "Journal Page 2" etc. No idea what to do with them so just hang onto them to be safe. There is probably a related quest but I never came accross any use for them. The moment you finish the quests outside the castle and get...
Check your item stash at the Inn, if you are playing DarkArisen you should find an "Eternal Ferrystone" that has unlimited uses unlike the old previous DD Ferrystones. Its one of the improvements they made to the game to make fast travel easier ;)
