Unfortunately as you pointed out the majority of dealers know sweet F all about the Renaultsport models. I can only assume this was because there was little commision to be made on selling them compared with the white goods range of Renaults. Basically you are going to need to do alot of in...
Theres alot of talk going around that aparently Gearbox stole all of the money Sega paid them to make Aliens, and instead used it to help finish Borderlands2 while they outsourced Aliens to Timegate (who made Section8). I mean watch this comparison for example between what they demo'd to the...
How is a massively flat unobstructed runway in anyway a real comparison for a camera van parked 300yards over the brow of a hill?
Im not trying to piss on your fire but ive got first hand experience of using this product. If anything it works too well and i often get too many readings in built...
Not really. You will be surprised how much scatter they create as it bounces off other cars, buildings, bus stops etc. So you often detect it way before you have LOS onto the source.
What JackJack says. You are not allowed to "block" the signal as that is obstructing the course of law, however detecting them is no more illegal than SatNav's that warn you where speed camera's are. The advantage over that is that this is also able to detect handheld guns, or mobile camera vans...

I think Snooper have discontinued this model now but ive had it less than a year.
Any questions let me know. Cheers.
The whole thing sounds like a massive bodge job to be honest from start to finish. New key time by the sounds of it.
Get those shops that refuse to "fix it" to put that in writing, take it to Renault to get a quote (as the key will require reprogramming to the ECU/immobiliser which will be the...
Never makes any sense to me. Surely the logical option is to tax people less, so they have more free cash, and spend more money and help the economy? But hey what do i know, im not the chancellor.
I called Prima but their RR only operates Mon-Fri dispite them being open on Saturdays and they wanted £50+Vat so ive knocked that on the head. Thanks for the other suggestions i'll give them a try and see what they say.
It should just be a straight swap, however due to the cost im not sure its been done before so will be interesting to see the finished results and if it all goes as smoothly or not :D
Ah nice one i'll drop you a text. What sort of time/day is better for you im thinking probably next Saturday morning as they stay open until 12. Going to phone them on Monday and check.
Cheers mate.
Yeah i know theres other better RR's around but idealy i wanted somewhere local as i plan on getting a Readout done for the car currently and then going again to get another afterwards. I dont fancy the 4hrs of driving to Leeds and back for RStuning.
Im tempted to give "InRacing...
I hope Relic come out unaffected, they are one of the few studios that consistantly make titles i enjoy. I was really hoping they would get the opertunity to make another HomeWorld now that THQ re-acquired the IP.... guess not :(
I know what you mean, certainly adds a different perspective! I spotted this posted on PistonHeads yesturday:

Seriously? lol
OP if you claim it doesn't end your insurance there and then it will continue for the full duration regardless. Work out how much your car would sell for if it was repaired and back to normal and then work out how much profit this would give you. You already said some guy will...
Just a general question really.
What are the names of some reliable Rolling Roads in our neck of the woods and has anyone used them?
I've done a quick search on here and cant seem to find anything posted for the East Mids section and Google only seems to bring up http://www.dyno-tech.co.uk/...
A role such as a schools IT would be ideal if they havent out-sourced it. You get such a wide variety of hands on with practically every element and the freedom of doing it your way. It might prove a good starting place Cliotoby?
Yeah but from TPM you can get into various roles like Technical Design Architects, Service Delivery Managers etc which would have been my initial goal. I've now ended up in some kind of bespoke Information Security role managing a team that look after client estate compliance for AV, WSUS, Disk...
If i could go back and do things differently i would have studied the PRINCE qualifications and got into the Projects side of IT. At the moment i seem to be drifting more towards the management side of things which isnt so bad i guess but not where i originally wanted to head with IT.
£350 is pretty low for a laptop that you want to play games on. They appear from time to time on places like HotUkDeals if you keep your eyes open as generally anything performance related in that price bracket is a bargain.
You could get this...
