If you have no access to a pressure washer, the foam thing wouldn't hurt. Although I don't think it will give you a thick foam which will cling to the car for a while. You may be best with a pre wash like af citrus power or valet pro citrus pre wash

Do you have a side on pic? Or, quickest way to tell. Look through the wheel spokes. If it's standard, there should be two orange dots (iirc for no cup chassis) on the springs. The main reason it looks lowered is the wheels look lost in the arches, like mine, as its lowered without spacers.
