I dont mean the recent onea ive just done the cooper s and focus st ones that i were struggling with n i was 4th on 1st lap with the st were before it had to be standard bhp to race

Eibach pro lines lower a slightest bur stiffen up the ride and sportlines lower more and give a slightly stiffer than standard ride quality just fill arch nicely
Every engine is different the early 172 are better afer other are not and i dont think there are set bhp figures as all are different
Look on the jms section and they do a engine package with thesr and it would be more noticeable with other bits rather than on her own
When renault made the engines the inlet manifold were cast so they dont match port sizes and are rough (non rs stamped are worse)
Matching them involves the inside of them being machined snooth and matched to cylinder head to max air flow there for better performance
Or something like that...
i think some photo shops are needed as i love them wheels and think they would suit a black gold 182 or a arctic blue or the darker blue you get on 172's
I just got gold on all part from last race and retired as i was 1st in champion ship and no i dosent let you do it so gonna have to do it all again ffs and daytona is so so so hard
The dash inserts start from middle outwards and you only need the heat mainly for the edges pretty straight forward once you have do a few bits
If you get a bigget than needed bit try more complicated bits after dash strips once you got the hang
due to one on my sportlines snapping well thats what it looks like drivers side is very low compared to pass side and it scrpaes like hell
