Very quick service and cheap so im getting him to price up what he would want cost wise for cam belt and cambelt and dephaser pully and then im gonna get permission to place a thread on here for all the members in lincs as all other places are miles away from here
Got cam belt kit , water pump , oil and filter from work for £107
Then a garage we deal with deal with has a renault master tech and all fitted was less than any one else ive seen pluss a case of carling
Is there a guide At all to get to the water pump or aux belt ?
Ive got a leak coming from the waterpump area but ive also been told there is a pipe of some sort near the water pump housing sealed by a o ring so hopefully it is the o ring rather than the pump but if it is i can get one through...
Yeah its all i can think of realy without stripping my car any more but as soon as i put water in the coolant bottle its coming down the side of the engine
Topped up with just water as i kniw there is a leak now and it came straight out of bottom so i took all of the trays off the bottom of the engine and tried more water and its all coming straight out again from the side of the engine so im thinking water pump
How hard is it to remove ?
Cheers
Just been driving home from work and all seemed fine then the lights came on and the temp gauge was at the top
I pulled over and look at coolant level and its empty but i checked it on monday and all was fine also checked oil cap and no mayo
Anyone shed some light or is it headgasket...
They are a good quality exhaust from what i belive and have been told ive got a few mayes with fords who all go gor mongoose exhaust throughout
But never seen one on a clio
Re: The car you wish you never sold... What were they?
Me and my uncle had a beach buggy as a joint project but ended up selling as it hardly ever got driven but im tempted to get the newer style kit because they have detachable roofs
