Id say sorry to hear but good on you for thinking so far ahead lol! I barely think into the next week haha.
It's rewarding isn't it, fingers crossed that there's a demand down your way for it then :)
Yeah, I'd have said just a misting with the pressure washer followed by hydro 2 would be...
Looking good! I 'specially liked the before and after of that scuff on the arch.
Did you get bored of beating perps and switch to fondling cars?
Your Decontamination process is fine, as long as you washed off the tardis thoroughly, jobs a good un.
Why did you wash it again after polishing...

Make her clean herself with alcohol before she gets in.
Then;
Interior cleaner with the hog hair brush.
Pat dry with a microfibre
Apply the spritz dressing.
Buff off.
And even get her to do the leather if need be.
Make her do that...
Do you have a pressure washer?
I'll recommend mainly auto finesse stuff in this guide but other products are available
Rinse.
Snow foam or citrus pre wash (auto finesse Avalanche or af citrus power)
Do the nooks and crannies with a soft detailing brush and citrus power while the above is...
You're winning at clios at the moment lol.
It just keeps getting better lol. Apart from the exhaust and thumb grips, it's completely standard, isn't it?
Whack the trendlines in the vee and get a pair of stu's seats for the 182!
...then sell me it lol.
Glad the misfire is sorted now :).
Just incase anyone takes offends to anything said in here, here is what can happen from excessive contact with a panel (in this case, a clay mitt)
Someone said something about not having access to a 1000W light to see this damage... Fair enough if you don't have one to see it day to day, but...
Lol I barely scratch the surface of cleaning products  cheers for the mention though haha.
I swear by G3 scratch remover for removing stubborn marks and after wet sanding.
That's via machine though. Their paint rennovator is also a decent product. It brings out the colour brilliantly...
I've got an old (30 pin) iPod lead going from the glove box to the back of the head unit.
That plugs into the 30 pin iPod dock and then you stream audio to it from any Bluetooth device. The audio then comes through the speakers.
I made a thread on it if you're interested. Search 'Cheap...
Yup.
I don't like suggesting clay to beginners though after the amount of people who use it incorrectly.
"My car looks so slick and shiney after a clay barred" lol.
@fairm010 , read up on the machine polishing guide stickied at the top of this section.
I keep recommending the zenith technique (as explained in that guide) as I get brilliant results via DA with it.
It's all in the breaking down and burnishing of the polish rather than the actual polish...
Great work! The car looks ace!
My only advice is to invest in a tar remover and a fallout remover, use these before you rub anything on your paint (cleanser, Polish, wax etc) to minimise the risk of marring/swirls.
Otherwise, carry on as you are :)
I've heard of insurers not honouring protected ncb after claims have been declared.
And I completely wouldn't put it past some companies to do it.
/cynical.
@Neil@greenlight. You'll probably be getting a phone call in the next few months to see if you can get me away from admiral lol :D
There's a guide on the differences between the different models (172, 182, trophy, ph1, cup, full fat etc) at the top of the clio discussion forum if I remember right.
Have a look in there to help make up your mind.
I'd be looking at a mint 182 with both cup packs or a trophy, but make sure...
Im sure there's a little play station type cheat code to get it working.
Something like holding the switch down all the way then pressing it once then repeating in the opposite direction.
Someone will be along to confirm.
