some parts like jords already mentioned dont line up as good as it shoud tbh, some places theres like an 8mm gap where thge bars meet...
Daz has done a mint job on the welding, as you said jord the car shell is like paper thin...

Yesturday started more strippage... 10 44mm holes and 4 32mm holes (its a start lol), i know its not alot of weight but its fun and i think it looks kool -

and about an hour ago i started to paint the calipers, tryed to undo the drivers side first and one of the nuts is rounded off, so managed to undo...

as said about 10 times now in this thread, 170-180bhp, 125-135 lbs ft.
Just removed the headling and put my stereo back in... then checked the oil level and found that the top engine mount looks on the pi55, the engine leaning down to the left , think the rubber has worn or something
no im taking it easy till i get it mapped, only putting my foot down every now and again and not goin over 6-7k...
just got back from oulton park, scared a few people goin through stockten heath, pop BANG BANG!! haha love it!

well it was the starter motor, picked a re-conditioned one up for 77quid with 12 months garuntee...
did alot of tidying up in the interior aswell all thats left now is to re-spray it
Well charged the battery and then put a mulitmeter on it, read ot 13.6 volts... so follwed that we (me and f0xy) tried to start it, failed so then we checked all the wires, fuses and relays, then decided to give it a go and bump start it and it came alive...
So then we brought it back home...
battery is on charge atm, when i get home from work tmoz hopefully itll be reet and start again fingers crossed, might have to add a volt meter gauge to that list of plans lol
