Just spoke to a mate who said his valver oil temp never really went above 100 degrees. Mine rests up at 155 degrees once fully warm doing about 4krpm on the motorway. Why am a so darn hot? P.S. Just changed the oil and filter.

Just got my valver, VERY pleased BUT! Very occasionally it slips out of 3rd when i step off hard. The stick itself also moves quite a bit stepping on/off. Otherwise the gearbox feels fairly sound. I thought it could be the engine mounts but I don't get excessive engine twist when revving on...
