The filters Im using are the same ones I used before I switched house and was getting me 7-8 The BT line test is showing 6.5? I dont want to call a BT engineer out to check the wiring unless I really have to as they charge extortionate rates!

Im on orange broadband, upgraded to 8 meg last year and usually ran between 7-8 mbps. Ive just moved to anew house about a month ago and had broadband transferred over, was told line could support upto 8meg. But it wont go any higher than 1.1 mbps? Have cheked connections etc... all seem...
