10mm nuts, you may need a 3/8" narrow deep socket to get them. once it's out of the wiy wiring is a doddle to get off.

yup, nothing will happen if the switch is dead.

just buy a new switch, they are literally a couple of quid.

not long, good few hundred miles so far but nice torque curve so no reason for it to go pop!!!

microswitch will be dead, get new one and solder it on, only a couple of quid for one. new battery as well. you could try blowing the switch out with an airline and then purging it with gt85/wd etc but i'd just stick a new one on.

yarp, ended up running 8-9psi boost.

They work with the standard head, gives you slightly higher cr.

Subframes out of the way first and then drop the engine out. Saves you having to lift it off the subframes that way.

bung on the bottom of the oprv, held in by a clip. when you get it out there is a slot cut in it, cut another at 90deg to it and half as deep. will make sense when you see it.

Timing will probably give you more of an issue for emissions anyway.
