yeah imo 16 is the biggest you can go to the point where it will look s**t on mk2's and lowering it makes all the difference, will look heaps better! but as for the wheels, if you like 'em go for 'em. its your car after all :)

Yeah i agree with this. id rather pay £20 declaring springs, than crashing & having no payout and being afew thousands out of pocket with no car (if its a write off obviously) :)

Im running 60mm and when i had 4 people & a bootload of luggage (floor to ceiling) it never bottomed out/scraped/rubbed all the way to skeggy haha! mine are FK springs on FK Hightec shocks. fairly stiff ride but not as bad as i thought it would be
