As far as Fail goes, that is quite a big one to be caught on camera.

Spotted along the A60 outside the Seven Mile Beefeater, turning in towards Burnt Stump, on Saturday 2pm. Dark (172?) wheels. Non standard fonted number plate ended with 8ART.
