Ive got both the Simota Aeroform and a ph1 airbox with an itg panel filter in it.
Absolutely sod all difference power wise noticeable when driving the car. People seem to love climbing on the bandwagon against these because it makes them sound clever, without ever testing the two.
I've driven...
Just to let anyone know who still has this problem. I found the cause of mine a couple of weeks ago. Took the wheel off, and the arch liner and found close to a cubic foot of wet, compacted sand sat there, completely blocking the drain hole.
Ive had the car a year and have never been...
LOL yeh i had no idea it would come out quite so 'brokeback' when i took it.
And for whoever it was that asked the major planning happened pretty much 2 days before. Obviously some stuff was sorted beforehand like buying all the guff for the trip and getting a swiss vignette tax sticker from...
Met up with sparklet¦ts and eikoorb today for a bit of bean sandwich action.
Photos arent great but they're the best we took.
Favourite shot of the day:
Tom
Epic location, cant believe this is pretty much on my doorstep and ive never seen it before.
Oh and boyo, these photos show that you massively need anthracite wheels.
would anyone care to show me exactly where the holes are meant to be? i've been underneath the car twice and cant find anywhere that looks like its meant to be a drainage hole, no matter how much poking around i do.
I love the fact we scared the police off through geekery.
For whoever it was that asked they are Aluline Cups. I'm told the more common ats cups are replicas of mine (the originals). No idea if thats true or not though.
Bit of a nightmare day on friday. Me and boyo set out to change the oil on my car, fought against a welded on filter and in the process snapped a clip off an injector.
£90, a new injector, and much harrassing of pedestrians later, the car was finally sorted.
Took a trip to some woods, thought...
i had this exact same thing happen a week back.
I can hear it in my sills after a heavy nights rain, and i park my car on a slant so it all goes to one side. Still cant work out how its come in though.
Just got hold of one of these wheels myself.
Might sound daft but its only meant to be a half turn lock-to-lock isnt it?
had heard mention it was 270 degrees, but i can only get mine to turn the standard quarter turn to reach lock in any direction from dead-ahead.
Noooooo!!!!! The flying (off with your money) dutchman will have your pants down.
Its a lot of money, im having to put some serious thought into it. I'm in work everyday the rest of this week until 8pm, ive got a day off friday though so if you fancy a run out that would be lovely. I'll pop...
mozzy? as in flies? i lol'd.
Thinking more and more about getting mine properly remapped at pauls. I think you should get yours done too so we get a bit of discount.
