Jack up the car (back first then do the fronts) and try and wiggle the wheels with the handbrake off. if you can get movement out of them then your in need of new wheel bearings. A guy on here had a rear wheel come off at 80mph on the M1 due to a bearing he left too long.

Not easy. lotta cash tbh. You can mount on subframe or on the car like I'm doing. Check my project thread. It's very similar on the MK2 to the MK1 i believe.
The guy is a legend and can near enough anything, especially if you can find an engineering drawing of the flange. Me and the guy making the manifold spent along time deciding on turbo position. It's quite close to the bonnet (rain catcher will probably have to go), bulkhead clearance is fine...

consider that you are using longer wishbones than have ever been used on a valver subframe before. Therefore the wishbones lever on the subframe mountings more. Renault made the williams subframe stronger, presumably because the wishbones were...
standard exhuasts are all sh1te. Never get a new renault one. My 172 never, ever, ever used a drop of oil, but as said they can use a bit without issues.

An update of what's been going on over the past few weeks.
