please bear in mind that electric motors do give vast amounts of torque at low speeds. Their torque is proportional to speed. As the speed increases the torque gets less. So the 1000Nm is not really comparable to 1000Nm from a petrol or a diesel. still though, 12 second quaters, that is rapid.

relocate your battery to the boot and then postition the cone behind the headlight and run some straight-ish tube to the throttle body. May even gain something there

i'd get the powerflow custom made one. I'm not sure if ktec's 172 decat pipes are anything like the 182 conversion length pipes, but I wasnt very impressed by the 182 conversion length pipe.
