Top work. I always enjoy your rally threads.
It looks like the weather/ light weren't really on your side for the day, but they're still pretty vibrant.
The only lens I've ever had an issue with was the Canon 50mm f1.4. It behaved totally differently at different focal distances and was not possible to correct with the adjustment settings. I sold it to somebody else who didn't have a problem with it....
Some of my snaps from an open day at work (8 years ago!).
I got a go at flying a 747 in the simulator. I could have happily stayed in there all day playing!
Nice pics. I like Zolder as a circuit.
The Dutch Supercar challenge is great fun to watch. Quite a wide range of cars in it. Would you be in your Lotus or in something else?
We do have labour conditions which clearly state that all systems can be monitored. It is just very rare that we actively do anything with it outside of Internet use.
Our management are just getting themselves worked up because they are suddenly being made aware that everything that they put...
Fair play for giving it a go! I'm not sure I could be arsed going back to film due to cost, time and hassle. Loved the smell in the darkroom though.
What camera are you using?
Cheers all. Good news so far then as it seems to confirm that it is standard practice for most companies. I imagine it'll be an interesting discussion with management next week.
It's not been a problem for the past 10 years, so I really don't understand why they don't like it now.
The guy is...
How do you/ your company deal with privacy of personal files on the network?
We had a problem this week with somebody who has saved a load of p**n photos on their personal network share. One of our Sys admins ran a report to identify duplicate files and this user popped up as he had duplicated...
Slysoft Virtual Clonedrive seems to do a good enough job for mounting ISOs and it's free. http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html
I don't think that it will work for most games though, as their protection doesn't allow it.
I use no cd cracks for most of my games (all fully bought...
Do you use some software for that? My past three laptops have not been able to run three screens, in spite of having dual DVI or display ports etc. I've always got a windows error message to tell me it's not possible to have three active at the same time.
I got a Matrox box in the end!
I used to love Warwick castle as a kid. Do they still have the dungeons too?
I like the UWA perspective. The sky in #3 could benefit from being a bit toned down though.
I'm with Brazo with that, with the exception of the 70-200 f2.8L IS MkII, which is just as good at 2.8 as it is at every other aperture. No PP required as standard as contrast and colours are stunning straight out the box. (that's also coming from an avid pixel peeper).
Revels has/ had the 50-150 IIRC and was very happy with it.
The f4 might not be fast enough for you.
Have you thought about using a 85mm (f1.8) instead? You'll just have to walk around a bit rather than zooming. It's a great lens though.
Direct flash used as fill outdoors can give good results, if the flash is your main lght source then bounce it or soften it to avoid harsh shadows.
You can get some decent shots shooting into the sun, as you can get nice rim lighting on the subjects hair, then use the 430 to balance the...
EASEUS seems to be working fine. It found everything on the disk, and is now pulling it all back to another one. It is taking ages though, probably a couple of days left at this rate!
I have backups of all my important stuff, but this drive is more an archive of useful programs, tools and...
