If it was mine i would: Remove white bits, Remove tints (although they dont actually look as bad as usual) Fit rs grill, Coilovers Wheels may look good once lowered but maybe some Turinis. wouldnt bother with an exhaust Looks pretty good and would look great IMO with the above.

You can, just change your date of birth to make you 19, Expect it to rise when you actually reach 19 as insurance seems to not stop going up!

Looks more like you have hits someone/ something or someone hi you, i had a quick go at the clio i was breaking and its harder than you think to do that sought of damage. Doubt a kick would leave that HUGE dent and scrape.
