If your going to the expense of cams and a chip it would be silly to go for an off the shelf chip in my opinion, you can get it remapped properly for not much more than a chip

Well the remap is 350+VAT, but Im not sure how much it would benefit from those mods, to be honest, although I admit im not the best person to ask about this.

A lot of people myself included have put Valver manifolds, on the Willys/Hybrids. Dont know the science in it, but it feels better lower down to me.

Easiest way is to do it from underneath on a ramp, piece of piss then, that being said not many people have access to Ramps...lol
