I can understand that, I just think it would be helpful for him to explain that in the first place, It could be so simple and take out all the backwards and forwards, such as buy the map, connect to laptop, screen shot X page and send the conf number and shot to X address and in return you'll...
From their site, will need to call for Dephaser, Not terribly bad at all, make sure inc tensrs, probably will for that price.
Clio 172/182 (with aircon) £380 for both belts.
Timing belt (including) accessory belt - £30 mile service - £220
Na dude, SMC Renault in Weybridge, Surrey were £678 something plus VAT for Both belts and Tensioners I kid you not, Didn't even want to ask about Waterpump and De-phaser at that point.
Lube up now then, I Had all my done in May by Retech due to Renault themselves charging over £800 just for the belts without the pulley, Search for a specialist as you'll get it for nearly half of that.
Morning,
Have bought the Tuner, Unlock and 98 RON map,
The download on their site just does not work and everytime I ask for it manually I keep being asked for screenshots of this and that which I have to say the software is complete and utter crap, why hitting print screen is disabled on this...
How low are they sitting, mine sat just under 800 prior to the RS tuner ( which is an utter pain in the clunge btw article to follow tomorrow on this ) and that sorted it right to 1000RPM and made it run so so so soooo much better all round. How long you had the car for?
The BMW ones are Bonnet ones right? In all honesty with the SGS ones though if they have said they are for that car they need to send you ones that do the job now regardless of how they tested them. Sounds to me like they were wrong on you'll probably get the right ones returned instead.

Well and truly lol
Just give it some stick and kane the F**K out of it prior to mot, stick some octane booster in the tank to give it a clean and should be fine, cold engines do not run as clean as hot ones is all.
They are, also near £400 but I can't find a better looking mod, plus all the clips on my std filter are shagged so needs something done. Hoses will make a massive difference but for me I can't justify spending a few hundred on proper hoses they are stupid money IMHO, you can buy engine coveres...
Not just that, you need to get the belts all done at the same time as the pulley, so you might as well just take it to someone and have them do it all at once, unless you're pretty skilled with the car the belts are a minge ache to change if you're noob with motors.
But get a ren specialist to...
Morning everyone,
Posted this yesterday about my Zorst being bent,
It appears to have suffered some bad repair in the past and there is a sleeve over where a weld / join should be so i'm pretty certain this is why it's bent and blowing,
Have checked out youtube videos but mobile cameras do...
My Plan started last night, ITG Maxogen on the way ( mental money but looks the boll*kcs ) and having the engine cover color coded will be a good start.
Evening,
Firstly, not sure whose car this belongs to but I want the induction kit, any idea who makes it?
Secondly I came back to my car after shopping this eve and found this...... No Idea how this happened but it's rock solid and will not budge if I try anymore something will likely...
Race grade fuel, Chop the exhaust off altogether before Cat, just have the manifold hanging off and direct air feed with no filter, then strip everything off the car.
