I can get £180 through Mazuma for my 16gb 5 - which helps. Just phoned them back to try and speak t o the upgrades team however just got told they are not accepting upgrades to the 6 at the moment and to call back after release date?!

Just spoke to EE, my early upgrade fee is £267 - the guy said he couldn't reduce this however reduced my monthly payments - I'll give it a go next month to see if it reduces any more with the new prices.

It's an amazing amount - that'll basically be $100 million of profit until November I think when it goes on general sale. No CD's to create / no fees to pay for Apple - it's win win for U2 IMO.

No they haven't - it's in the cloud, you have the option of downloading. At least that's what it is on my Work Phone - i'm sure Apple have thought about security prior to sending a free album from one of the worlds top bands to 250 million devices?

Depends what you will be taking photos of however I think a 6D maybe a little overkill for beginners. I'd take a look at a 70D or 7D and spend the rest on decent lenses (24-105 is a great lens though ..!)

Great photo - they mentioned in the documenaty that on a few weeks back that if someone is ill / can't make the display - nothing changes, the routine is exactly the same minus the missing aircraft. Love the Red Arrows!

^ Great shot! What a camera, for the price it's an awesome buy. I think it'll be perfect when I can't be bothered to lug my 6D around - will take it away on holiday next week to give it a proper test! Here's an out of the camera shot, no touching up apart from resizing - pretty impressive imo...

I'm using a Canon 6D with a Canon 70-200 F4/L and a Sigma 18-35mm. Thanks mate - so many people there so difficult to get a decent picture without someone jumping in / getting in the way!

I'm tempted to get a GoPro for my honeymoon next year, I think I'll get some great underwater shots etc however I think it'll just gather dust after if I'm honest. May look at one of the cheaper alternatives so will watch this thread with interest.
