I quite like the idea, if im honest?
Im actively looking for a Smart Lock for my front door. Number pad unlock, or with a fob. Sounds ideal to me?
No hiding a key, I can set up temporary codes if I want to allow someone access - like my parents when im away so they can feed the cats etc.
Just to stick my oar in here....
It all depends what you want. If you just want water access out in your driveway, as an example, then the hoselock reel that @Cub. linked should work a charm. Ive got one round the side of my house, for the garden that I never water...
However, if you want the...
There are a tonne of options, so fear not. But this can also mean it becomes a little overwhelming.
Like with most things, go with a service somoene else has as A) they will be able to give you some guarantee of if its good or not. B) They should be able to help you get it set up.
I dont...
My vote is either water spots or, as youve stated, someones spaffed polish over it.
Polish comes off the paint easily as the paint is smooth. That black plastic will have a textured finish and so the residue sits in betwen the 'bumps' so to speak. Its harder to remove!
1. Water Spot Remover

So, machined 'inserts' aside, id have said the other bits are oxidisation tbh.
Still, no mention of what theyre made of Mr @Poopensharten ..........
That said, id still be giving them a bit of a rub (oooo errr) with some compound and a mf towel to see if it shifts. My money is on oxidisation...
Monsieur Sharten.
What be the whu-heels be made of? They look like Ali, at which point id have said its more than likely tarnishing/oxidisation than it is water spots?
Have you tried a proper water spot remover?
Im on my third (?) smart watch.
All Samsung, so I cant comment beyond those unfortunately.
The latest one, Smart Watch Ultra (silly name imho) is really quite good though ill admit. The singular biggest issue I find with the watches is battery life and, im glad to say, the new one is pretty...
Strap in......
They'll need polishing. If its gloss black dash trim, I honestly wouldnt bother. Theyre a f**king shitting arsing wanker to remove. I did a full correction on a F Type Jag a while back and they have a gloss black trim section that runs across the back of the roof. I had to...
For those of you that give it a whirl, please let me know!
Im getting a smidge bored of AC. Cant really pinpoint why, but I kind of miss the online element I got from GT Sport. That might be it
So what you're actually saying is that @Filters called you a f**king gimp and swore at you lots?
That's his constructive criticism and I'm here for it 🤣
I was sat on the table across the room (yeah, thanks for the invite.....) and I can confirm you guys are proper acoustic.
Then again I had @Cads to my right, touching my leg and getting kinky with his handcuffs and @MarkCup to my left announcing that his 'extra hot phaal', and I quote, 'Wasnt...
Okay, now ive downloaded more than I think ill ever need and ive composed myself again, some questions
So, yes im using CM. Relatively happy with that, but I just need to spend the time to calibrate it a bit further. Ive got everything 'working' now, at a reasonable rate, so I just want...
As per the VR thread, I finally got AC working properly now with my setup. BOSH.
So, of course, I immediately want to chance my luck and start modding AC
Ive watched a few videos/tutorials on modding and 99% of them involve spending money. I get that adding in new cars/tracks is a long...
HAHAHAHAH f**k YEAAAHHH I MADE IT WORK
f**king get in. A solid 1.5 hours on AC last night with only one crash (After I got it to work for about half an hour, I maxed out all the settings and crashed my PC lol).
Its so so good. Still definitely need some minor tweaks to get it looking how I...
So, Quest 3S now obtained. Bon.
After HOURS of f**king about with PC settings, VR settings and so on, multiple PC crashes and various states of personal rage, ive finally got it approximately where I want it. Noice.
However, im now getting an error with Link. Ffs.
Im finding that even the...
in principle, thats a good idea! Plus, you have control over which product is dispensed as foam. Some of the car wash ones are caustic as hell and will damage gloss trims etc.
However, you're looking at pumping those IK foamers up at least 6 times to get a decent layer of foam around the car...
as above, theyre a bit tosh.
Ive got 2x IK foamers. One with PH neutral foam in (for a Ferrari with Carbon Ceramics) and the other has standard wheel cleaner in.
Theyre 'ok' for wheels as above, but trying to do a whole car? f**k that.
I was somewhat tempted by a rechargable auto pumping...
Little update: It worked!.......Sort of....
Got home, loaded everything up and, this time, clicked 'Full Screen' in Content manager to allow me to see wtf was being loaded in the bottom left. A sub 5 second loading screen this time. So, it was either the poor connection I experienced, or it was...
