Fred, whats the issue with the PAS line is it too short ?
Also the spring and the valve, are they supposed to fall out, looks like something screws into it ?
I think its because the pure motorsport one still uses the alternator, the one i have got comes from a 172 cup (that doesn't have AC) so it uses all of the 172 cups brackets and stuff, the pure motorsport has its own brackets, and still uses the original alternator not a 172 cup one .

Yea made the mistake of venting the gas last time when we took the engine out, my mate soon came running over to stop me. Not before i spayed my self in the face with it tho, had the worst cold for about 2 weeks after !
Basically do I need to get the engine out ? What is the air con connected to, I know the heater blower is behind the scuttle panel then do the pipes run to the compressor then onto the rad, is there anything else that needs to come out or iv missed?

What's involved in getting this all swapped over in to my 182 cup. Consists of cup alternator,power steering pump and the heater blower thing. Would consult my mechanic friend but the jammy git's gone to Rome for the week :(
