Fantastic company. I've had both my 182 and my Focus insured with them. They come up a lot cheaper then most other insurance companies for me every time.

Update; Basically I've been a r****d and when I've been sitting with the computer on my knee i've been accidentally blocking the fan with my knee. I discovered this when I was messing with the position of the laptop and when I tried it on a flat surface etc.

Yes, I get a direct replacement. The down side is that my gadgets and phones are only covered unto 2 years from purchase. So my iPhone 4 for example is no longer covered.
