I've had it a few weeks now and overall I think it's a fantastic machine. I can't believe how much of an improvement it is over my old laptop.

I've had both my 182 and my Focus insured with them. They come up a lot cheaper then most other insurance companies for me every time.
I got a quote through money supermarket on my focus earlier this year. Some of the companies wanted £4500!!! In the end I managed to get insured for something like £500 comprehensive for the year.
Update;
Basically I've been a r****d and when I've been sitting with the computer on my knee i've been accidentally blocking the fan with my knee. I discovered this when I was messing with the position of the laptop and when I tried it on a flat surface etc.
Yes, I get a direct replacement. The down side is that my gadgets and phones are only covered unto 2 years from purchase. So my iPhone 4 for example is no longer covered.
Mine's something like £45 a month comprehensive. I was shocked how cheap mine was to insure too. If I had paid for it upfront it came to about £480 IIRC.
