Oh dear ,Chip save your paragraphs for someone who can be arsed to read them!! I sure as hell can't :)
Ive mentioned a timescale of which a named person has taken to build an engine thats all! Seems like the usual tarts are out in force to protect them though.
Can't have an opinion on...
Not a job for a novice imo.
Don't think there is any uk stock of renault genuine waterpumps at the moment either.
Change the aux belt (172 cup) or the aux kit on others at the same time.
Maybe £230 ish with new pump, aux kit and coolant. A specialist will soon tell you rough cost
Not far off though. No its none of my business but pretty impressed tbf.
Thanks Dave
Couldn't care less what it has or has not had Fred im just pointing out to the OP the timescale this has had. Look forward to seeing the finished result.
:)
Not on level ground ( obviously not do able in a few instances) , not using the correct jacking points, over winding it, going to high and general retardism.
Perfectly fine to change a wheel if a bit of common sense used.
Oh and make sure its the correct jack to! Mine has a pin type thing...
s**t plugs are they ngk?
Coil pack
leads
injector
or maybe that map has wrecked the plugs? To many possibilities!
Won't be able to make it fellas currently walking the dogs round walsall arboretum. :(
if it has popped the plug as in stripped the thread then its a timesert or helicoil job.
Dave your car loves to s**t bits, i heard the arch liner done a runner last week.
Great pictures Tom , shame about that bloke in the first picture!! He was lingering all day i reckon he was either homeless or someonrs lost love child;)
