No easy. Just look under the car and you'll see them. Metal brackets with rubber inside.
Some people just reinforce the rubber, or you can unbolt them and replace, I think they're three bolts each. The bolts are known to seize and snap though
Sounds like the yellow display plug is not plugged into the radio. Check its not been tucked down anywhere if the previous owner has fitted an aftermarket radio
Yea one of mine was a mission. I just kept hitting it with a hammer for about ten minutes then eventually it just popped off lol.

I took mine to a Halfords Autocentre and the bloke came out into the car park and plugged it in with a portable one for free with mine when it was misfiring.
