Clio Widearch Volvo Turbo (B18FT) Mega Bass Project almost complete

I have to admit, it looks less s**t when it's not covered in a million different colours of filler. Not bad. What's the plans with the front fogs? Leaving them blanked?

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Can I fit the resistors with the battery connected? Oh, and maplins is awesome, they sell everything!

Press Key Fob - Constant Alarm Noise for 30 Seconds

Scrapyard? I couldn't tell you if they're the same across all engine variations though but it would be self explanatory when looking at it.

Has anyone tried to make extra low OMP subframes? I'm making some now.

I'm 6ft dead so I'd imagine the driving position would be roughly the same, unless you're 70% leg.

Could this be the future or another fad - Phone Bloks

f**king Lego phone price of s**t.

Has anyone tried to make extra low OMP subframes? I'm making some now.

Wow that is low! It's a shame you get blinded by low beam though, well I do anyway. I didn't know what position I wanted them so just chucked them on the runners, although I may have to try another similar to yours. Shame I can't weld for s**t, ill just have to get the grinder out! In my...

Has anyone tried to make extra low OMP subframes? I'm making some now.

That's true, although I kind of like it. I'm going to stick a couple washers under the front bolts to get a little tilt. I'm surprised how comfy the steel base seats are tbh, I had a corbeau clubman a while back and that was the comfiest seat I've sat in, although it was sprung.

Press Key Fob - Constant Alarm Noise for 30 Seconds

Dan@sjm pointed out it could be the bonnet switch to someone with the same problem earlier at the sw meet.

I'm here, should have driven a bit slower! It's not raining now, it's just misty rain past marsh Barton

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Ok cheers guys for the help, I wasn't trying to bodge, just trying to make sure nothing would f**k up. I wish I had a maplins nearby, even though I don't know what it is.

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Will do. Later. Or when the light starts to annoy me. Will the light go straight out when I plug the resistors in?

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Quick idea, can I use the fuse thing and just run a wire over to the other connector?

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Oh shut it you haha I'm nearly done anyway, just need to find out about this tiny price of metal s**t.

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Bugger. What about a 1 ohm? If I don't use anything in a worst case scenario, I can just get the airbag reset and chuck the right resistor in after right? Or have I missed something? Thanks for the quick reply too!
  16. l33th3tr33

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Nope, I have a resistor but I've figured it out to be 100ohm. If you know anything about them, here's a pic

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

I got it from demontweeks, just looks like a fuse tbh

Can you use higher rated resistors for the airbag?

Need to know asap, halfway through fitting my steering wheel and the momo boss only comes with a fuse! Thanks in advance!

    Proxes T1R 80V worth it?

Well it is winter soon and if the rainsport lasts longer, and obviously being a wet tyre then that would be perfect. The last thing on my mind is putting my foot down in the rain. When summer comes round on the other hand, money won't be a factor!

    Proxes T1R 80V worth it?

But how long do they last? That's the decider.

    Removing evap system

ADY said that he folded the ends of the pipes and cable tied them shut, so no, not left to atmosphere.
  22. l33th3tr33

    Proxes T1R 80V worth it?

What would you recommend then? I'd prefer a winter tyre tbh. Oh, and I drive at least 60 miles a day.
  23. l33th3tr33

    Proxes T1R 80V worth it?

I'm pondering t1r's or rainsport 2's, which would last longest?

Has anyone tried to make extra low OMP subframes? I'm making some now.

Ah I see why, the problem is with mine is that when bolting down on top of the sliders the slider mech on the drivers side fouls the frame so I had to cut the middle out. Anyway the seats in and it fits nicely, although a tad upright so I'm going to put a couple washers under the seat base for...

The Southwest monthly big meet at Exeter - 2nd friday of the month - 8:30pm

I see what you did there. ;) Not the car, my driving, maybe. It's just a temp seat to see if I will get on with fixed buckets or to go down the recaro route. It's a lovely driving position, so low!

Has anyone tried to make extra low OMP subframes? I'm making some now.

As title, has anyone tried to copy the design? I'm making an almost flat (12mm high) subframe for a base mounted bucket seat that sits on top of the original sliders. I got some metal off a mate after work and started measuring/cutting straight away. I'm almost done, got one side drilled and...
