Iirc you can just unbolt the bracket from the box with the 4th mount attached and stick it straight onto your box. The hole for the other nut should be in the subframe already so no need to swap sub frames or boxes.

The last code you have above (the red one throttle limits etc)everyone gets that one so don't worry about that. May sound stupid but are you selecting ecm in the drop down menu, then erase dtc then refresh dtc?? Seems very odd you can't delete them unless you don't have the obd diagnostic...

Clutch is normal,steering is heavy compared to most but i would say the alignment is out causing the heavy feel and pants handling. Bad handling can also be causedby many other things.
