Self tapping screws. Don't even need to drill a pilot hole either if you don't have a drill. I just screwed mine in with a screwdriver and a bit of pressure.

You can get away with just leaving a couple of hours between each different type of coat, rather than days though, if your in a rush. Use lots of light coats, rather than few thick coats, to avoid drip/run lines.

You need the set for Cup. Cups and Cup Packed suspension have the same size bolt spacing (60mm) Which unfortunately greatly reduces your options.
