There's your problem. Doubt a different offset or spacers would help tbh. Most people fit 16". 17" look too big on Clio's imo. Can you tell exactly where its rubbing? Eg inside/outside

FK's would be better. I know you can get some FK's for Non cups, but none for cup/cup spacing. Not sure which ones though.
