Mine is really pissing me off atm to be honest. Hardly ever works with streaming at the moment. Tried to watch about 5 different things on 1C last night, and they would either play for a couple of minutes, then just quit, or just say buffering and not do anything, or just not load at all.

You only need to do it in the one's coming from the car itself. Are the black/red ones attached to the seats or the car end? The thick black one in the first pic plugs into the seat belt pretensioner. You can see it plugged into where it should be (metal bit) in my pic:
