Get an aftermaket headunit and do it properly imo.
You'll only have poor quality audio if you use other workarounds in order to keep the standard unit.
I've never had this problem. You want to make a CD to be played on a home cinema, not MP3's or data disc.
It's got to be something you are doing, I've always used the cheapest cd's I can find.

If not I'd imagine they will simply bolt them to the car and on your way son.
I'd imagine you'll need four wheel laser alignment once you've adjusted them to the height you want, the wheels will be all over the place.
