Are you serious? a GT220?
Rather put £60 petrol in my tank and burn it that way :) That's effectively what you are doing if you buy that card from PC World of all places.
From what I've seen so far of GT5 I think it's good, it is a driving sim after all not an arcade racer, it will never have silly effects to make you think you are driving fast it's all about portraying real life cars into a game that anyone can play effectively giving us all the chance to feel...
£120 is about the going rate, you don't need tracking though.
When I got a guy to fit springs onto my old focus he said it wouldn't make any difference but he did it anyway and he said he was surprised how much difference they did make, which they did, a lot.
I think it's just mainstream...
The dynamique is said to have slightly stiffer and lower suspension afaik but there's nothing in it tbh. I think this person you have phoned simply doesn't want your business.
Phone someone else.
Before you get all worried about costs and the put out etc I would take it to a local bodyshop, they are experts, they will tell you what it will need.
Then you go from there, get a quote from them first before you start buying bits off ebay and what not.
I'd guess it's just moisture, take the car for a proper drive and see if it goes once the engine has warmed up, if it's still there it may be something else.
I highly recommend this from K-Tec http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2385
Get the supersports one as it's cheaper and it isn't that loud afterall you have a 1.2, they aren't loud, unless you decat it. :)
If you want pics just let me know.
I had this on my other clio, it will have stuck on, a good wack might sort it but I wouldn't leave it. A friend of mine who had a clio this happened to him whilst doing about 60 down the motorway, I was lucky myself as it happened as I was about to reverse onto my driveway.

Let's not forget that is doing less than 50mph. It may be possible but I for one wouldn't be able to cope sitting at that speed on the motorway and then around town it's only gonna drop further.
There's no doubt it is a cheap motor to run though.
