May be worth waiting until the patch is released over the next few days. When it's working, it's brilliant, IMO. Really enjoying it, certainly on Hardcore. Quite a few people are saying the new maps (China Rising DLC) are fine and no crashes etc. so may be worth trying those if you have the DLC...
I doubt it.
"After confirming yesterday that Battlefield 4 would receive an update on the PS4 next-gen console today, December 3, developer DICE has now revealed that the patch has been delayed because of additional testing that needs to be done in order to ensure that it won't break anything...
"Just a quick note that we're finalizing the upcoming Xbox One Game Update and aiming to have that live the week of Dec 2. We will share the patch notes for this update soon. The update will focus on stability and performance, and includes a fix for the so-called "one-shot kill bug". Stay tuned...
For XBox One users, holding the (old) start button will bring up a nice detailed full view of the map. If you then press RB it brings up the scoreboard.
I was using the Battlelog servers on my laptop to launch me into games. Played a few on Metro and Firestorm as well as the newer maps. Was great.
December 2nd patch for XBO: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2955065220144461505/
Been entering games via the Battlelog this today, and getting some great hardcore games on Operation Metro, Firestorm and Oman.
Much better. Still getting booted back to the dash/desktop at random times, but had a good few rounds
Have to admit, I preferred the dashboard on the 360. The friends list is very user-unfriendly, IMO. Some things are better, but overall I'd much rather it was how it was.
Automatically saving video clips after certain accomplishments is annoying. My upload folder is packed with saves, punches and long shots on Fifa, none of which I wanted to record. Battlefield also saves clips when you rank up. Again, I just then have the chore of deleting them.
Knocking off...
I've finally unlocked the Scar H with Assault class. Took ages, and I'm Rank 5. Some people unlocked it at Rank 2 :S
Reviving people was a great way to rack up points on BF3, at around 100-200 per revive. On BF4 you only get 20 points. Crazy. Both medic boxes and revives are far more beneficial...
Like I say the guys in the thread have decent points, and I think BF4 is actually a lot more harsh on HC than the other BF's were. You can also find Barbie Mode games without a hud and spotting etc.
Why folk prefer Barbie Mode over Hardcore:

They raise decent points I guess. But I still prefer HC mode.
Aww, I'm just messing best buddy.
Seriously though, having read it back, your post made little sense. What the f*ck are you talking about? Of course I'd need the TV on to watch Sky.
