Hi all.
This may be a stupid question but after using microfibre wash mitts for ages ive bought my first proper lambs wool mitt today..
I usually leave my mitt in a bucket with a little bit of water between washes. (usually a week)
Whats the best way to store the lambs wool one? Dry it out...
It might be a fair treck for some but hopefully it will be worth it.
Also, if the meet does take a run down to the likes of perth, maybe some of you could join in there if your not willing to travel right up?
4 months waiting? Seriously? Id be on the phone every day and if it had taken over a couple of weeks id be turning up at the garage daily!
Is this your daily car?
Standard R26 exhaust isnt as boring as the standard Rs clio exhaust. Gives a good chirp/whistle with the turbo, modified exhausts sound pretty good imo!
Just home from work and its dark, but the shine off the car with the light from the streetligts is awesome, car looks brand new.
Think im going to have to get a pot of this wax early next year!
I dont think its the easiest. Iirc you cant pressure wash it.
Probably have to be carefull with it and it would probably look shite if it was pretty dirty
I know. Im actually embaressed with them! I didnt realise at the time :l
Yes i done the whole car with both products, only got a couple of photos as there was showers of rain.
I need to renew my products aswell so ill be getting some AF stuff. Tripple was actually very nice to use and works well.
The megane is pretty badly swirled and it did help a little, needs a good going over with a machine though!
Cheers Wayne, it wasnt actually raining at the time, it was just the dirty spray off the road so theres not THAT much water to bead.
Its a very nice wax to use though, i think ill be getting a pot at some point!
After being chosen as one of the product testers i gave the car a going over today, i didnt get THAT many photos as the weather was pretty bad, rain one second then sun, then rain then sun :l
Heres a couple of photos of the job in hand, as its been prettt wet the last few days, theres been alot...
Great write up mate. Glad you managed to get so much use out of it. I was going to do a 50/50 but i think ill go all out and try and squeeze 2 coats on the meg tomorrow!
