Love the Miltek! I bought a new BTM one and the build quality is fantastic, love the look of the rear silencer, just slightly dislike the outward rolled tips and it's very quiet!
So far I've had 3 different oils in mine since owning it just over a year.. Renault Elf from Diamond motors, Shell Helix ultra and Castrol Magnatec. Can't say I noticed a blind bit of difference between them.. But if halfords is gonna be just as good I might save myself a few quid. Or do i just...
I mean I got my last lot of oil from work at like £24... But Halfords is still much cheaper and wanted to know how it really compares to the likes of Castrol/Shell Helix etc.
That's why I thought about it!!
When I was at college (mechanic course) the tutor said Halfords stuff is used engine oil filtered a couple times.. I've no idea now so that's why I'm asking?
Hi, for years I've been told Halfords own oil is absolute shite and causes damage to engines. I was in Halfords the other day and was wondering if that's still the case as it's pretty cheap.
So who uses it and is it ok?
Quality night out! Found out George's turbo spots flames when changing gear!
Id be up for karting in a few months time!!
Look forward to people's pictures!
I've been thinking about this lately, want to run copper lines along the body work then a single braided flexi from arch to rear caliper. Anyone done this before? Is the connection a standard size on the caliper?
On the motorway yes.. But if you're on a speed limit and need to stop/slow at the bottom of the hill after being on them the whole way down, you're gonna have a s**t load of brake fade and not be able to stop
