Gaz yours looks the tits. Love the height!I don't know what sort of spacers are required but mine are sitting a bit too far into the arch for me and I want lows. But as I'm about to spend 730 on a new timing belt and dephaser, the lows and spacers will need to wait!
When they are fitted to a Ph2 it really HAS to have lows and spacers to look great, unlike mine :l

ive not managed to get another one yet.
looking for a second hand one as i refuse to pay renault £122 for a new one.
currently got numbers 1 and 5 wired in so the heater is blowing full all the time.
any idea if the repair service on ebay is any good?
i had one out for a test drive yesterday, pretty much the same spec but with the recaros.
was bloody awesome!!
shame i had to get back into an old 172 :/
Alright thanks for the info.
The car has just had a new aux belt not even 1000 miles ago, would it be safe enough to put that back on? im hoping so! although renault will say otherwise.
looking at 600 for T belt and dephaser? seem fair enough?
do you HAVE to get the timing belt done while your getting the cambelt and dephaser done?
or can you get JUST the dephaser done on its own?
my 172 is making a rather loud noise now, i was told the dephaser and belts were done at 67k miles, car is on 90k now.
any advice?
Car is a 2003 172
My heating has been coming on and off itself over the last 2 days and now its just not working at all.
Everything is showing as normal, heating up to maxi and blower on full but its just not blowing?
As its very cold outside, my feet are frozen and my windscreen keeps...
i had problems with my altenator and went to renault, they put a new battery, altenator belt kit
and altenator on the car. everything is fine.
now my Stop and Battery lights flash same as OP's. normally when im either just pulling away or slowing down to a stop. flashes on and off then just...
Indeed I am removing it. As I travel a lot, its far too loud and its also f**king the bumper. Think ill just be getting a standard one next year when I've got the cash.
The previous owner obviously was a dick, clio had 17" wheels too :s
Alright mate, just read through the thread. Shame you still havent got the car on the road again, get your finger out :P
How much was it to get your fog surrounds, badges and door handles done in carbon? Looks Ace!

unsure of how to get the actual image on so theres the link.
one pipe is sitting a bit too high and has melted a bit of the bumper. waiting for some better weather so i can adjust it and sort that bumper out.
the exhaust was on the car when...
I have a bit of a problem driving in the dark, i just try and watch the white lines as a car passes.
never thought it could be my eye sight though. maybe i should get tested too :/
I was just scooming through Ktr and noticed this..

Im talking about the 'boot mat' they have listed.
just wondering if you can buy these anywhere?
i was thinking that. when i gave them a good clean the other day it did look really fresh. i was also thinking about white but they would be pretty dirty most of the time tbh.
are there any 'bergs with white F1'son here do you know?
yeah bloody hideous things. there are a few small marks on the F1's which ill sort next year. unsure what colour to put them when i get round to doing the refurb though?
Indeed the colour is awesome in the sunshine.
looking at these pictures ive noticed how rough around the edges it actually is haha. needs a good tidy up!
i also noticed that the pipe for my headlight washer fluid is hanging below the car, anyone know how to re attach this?
