Welcome! Yes, it does, press and hold the button with the padlock symbol on it (iirc) and it will automatically lock itself when you start moving, 5mph+

RAOC extended the deadline to today iirc, they are well practiced at sending out the tickets and car passes for the infield parking so I'd expect these to start falling through your letter boxes any day soon
