    You may just have to use the ignition wire, which is only live when the ignition is turned on.

    Standard headunit doesn't have any RCA to connect to the amp, this can be overcome. But best to change the headunit. Get a headunit with a removeable face. IMO i'd only put one 12" sub in boot as 2 maybe OTT.
