No it wouldn't. I would not be pissing and moaning at Microsoft for a start, I'd have had the thing right back down to the shop asking for my money back, or another console. I can't understand why you have not done that.
What do you want them to do. How many times do you think they have heard the 'it's my kids xbox' line. It's annoying yes, but that's just the way it is.
No. It's actually two physical drives, hence the two partitions. I have it sorted now anyway thanks. Just deleted a line from some text file. It seems to have worked.
Ah right. Well that is down to my explanation in post 2. Not really anything that can be done about it. If you want it full screen, just watch FX. If it's 4:3 it's not in HD anyway so are not gaining anything.
Yup, I know the bit you mean. I deleted all partitions, so all I had were to 80GB unformatted HD's. I can only select one of the options. When I select the other one, it says something about it no existing, or some s**t like that.
But ta anyway!!!
I have just reinstalled windows onto an old PC I am getting rid of. On the BIOS screen at start-up, it keeps asking me which OS I would like to boot up, and gives the following options:
- Windows XP Home Ed
- Windows XP Home Ed
Why is it asking me this. I reformatted both drives so...
Do you mean that when watching an HD channel you are getting black pillars? If so, it's because the program was originally broadcast in 4:3, not 16:9. But, your tv is receiving a 16:9 picture, as the black pillars are part of the image, unlike an non-hd channel, where the picture would...
If the Mk3 is anything like the Mk2, you can't just fire it right into reverse. Something about synchromesh...I'm not that technical but that rings a bell. Maybe someone else could confirm.
So out of that list of five, I'm saying at least 3 are down to the driver.
What type of driving do you do? Mainly town (ie start stop all the time)?
And stop resetting the computer all the time. It's there to work out an average, not an instantaneous figure which is what you are making it do.
