Indeed, they still are. Just like lifting up an Audi bonnet and finding VW badges all over the place. In fact, I'm pretty sure there was a story floating around not long ago about a Bugatti Veyron owner being very pissed off at finding VW stamped on something in the engine bay lol.
I was going to get a 26" a few years ago, but went for the 32" instead. I suggest going bigger. 32" looks quite small in my room, and it's not a big room at all.
You will hear it about all companies from die hard fans of their competitors. Christ, people think the sun shines out of Apples arse, but there will be people out there who have had bad experiences and think they are crap.
I know you said you want Sky, but just to give you options, we have VM.
2 V+ boxes, 1 regular box
TV XL (so everything bar Sky Movies & Sports)
10Mb BB
and phone line
£48 a month
I'm on their 10Mb service. Just did a speed test and it's coming back with 12.7Mb.
You will be subject to traffic management between 4pm and 9pm. You are bumped down to 2Mb if you download over a certain amount. I can't remember what that figure is off the top of my head.
His postcode test shows that he is able to receive VM's 50MB BB and digital TV. That surely means his area is FTTC.
Edit: Just noticed your edit. Ignore, lol
If he is in a cabled area - which that test result suggests he is - the fibre is run to the cabinet, then co-ax from there to your house. BT's cable has nothing to do with it. That's how I understood it worked anyway, but I'm prepared to be educated.
Sorry, I was a bit unclear. My cars wipers are 'under' the bonnet as well, but I can move them manually up the windscreen. So I can move them to this position / /
Try the scrappy. Should not be to expensive.
It's clearly not a good day for either of us. I got up and found my rear tyre was flat, with a big b*****d screw through it, and the new radio that I bought has a different connector on the back of it than what's in my car. Raging.
TOCA 2 was awesome. I had it for the PC, and used a steering wheel. I always used to f**k up the first corner going down hill on Brands Hatch though. Always forgot to go wide enough to avoid the dip.
