Got to agree with Dink... Without spending too much I think I'd prefer a replacement headunit over a Parrot kit as not a fan of the little screen stuck on the dash somewhere
I'm really impressed so far.... One niggle is no Cruise Control but I can deal with that and knew this when buying.
Currently looking at double din headunits to replace the standard one and fill the gap beneath it.
It does seem to be winning in most of the departments I just wasn't sure if I could get a nice Double din HU that did the same and maybe more,
I'll do a little more research and see what has been used over on 207oc.
Insurance is £200 cheaper, Tax is £150 a year cheaper.
So no massive savings but monthly it should save me £100-150 in fuel my my estimates and I wanted a new car and this ticked most of the boxes for me.
Yeah I like the styling and nope the Clio has a deposit paid on it so will be going, No point keeping it and paying for Tax and Insurance when most of my driving is just to and from work and visiting the Girlfriend in Surrey.
The Clio will be going to a forum member.
After nearly 7 years and just over 110k miles covered in the Clio it is time to move on.
Most will not like it or say I should've bought X,Y,Z instead but I like the Styling, Spec and Economy the car offers.

Only a couple of dirty iPhone pics until my order arrives from...
Just took advantage of the 3 for 2 with Polished Bliss on Auto Finesse products - Lather, Tripple, Tough Coat, Temptation, Crystal, Revive.
Will see how I get on with these, Not done much detailing for a while so a new black car is forcing to me to try and get back into it.
Picked up a 207 yesterday so am n 2 minds of what to do, I want to be able to play Music from my iPhone, Take make calls hands free and some sort of dock for Sat Nav using the phone unless the Double Din has Sat Nav built in.
Option 1 - Fit a Parrot MKi9200, seems a decent bit of kit and is...
So Auto Finesse is a clear winner especially with a 3 for 2 discount...... Seems like I could easily buy 6 products.
Shampoo - Lather
Polish - Tripple
Sealant - Tough Coat
Wax - Temptation
Glass - Crystal
Plastics - Revive
Seem ok?
Missing anything key?
Except cloths, pads etc.
Have picked up a Black car for my sins today and now thinking I need to make a few key purchases to try and keep it looking as good as possible.
Asked about detailing gear for black cars before and was recommended Poorboys Blackhole.
Prepared to spend a little bit but nothing too over the top...
Yeah I'm in 2 minds with what to do, I'm no mechanic so would cost me to change the suspension and other bits over.
I'm thinking of just trading it in tbh and just sell what I have sitting around as it'll just be easier but just fancied an idea of what it might be worth if I do sell it...
Should really add it has a SS Catback exhaust Magnex/Powerflow hybrid with modified Cat and Decat
Front H&R and Rear Gaz Coilies with spare Cup pack suspension and Raceland Coilies
JMS Matched Inlets
Rear Disks and Pads just replaced with OE Spec Brembo Disks and Pads
Fronts are Brembo HC...
04 Clio 182
123k miles
Part Service History
OZ F1's with Michelin tyres all round
Needs some bodywork tlc and mechanical I.e noisy dephaser pulley.
Plenty of other bits and prices done to it but as a guide price?
Cheers for the pic... Think I might go with 30000k as I think it looks sick ;)
So any kit really?
Wasn't sure if it was best to spend a bit of money on these kits.
