Ye it goes quicker as the car does. Im takin the group n off this week so should hear it better. Its pretty loud at the mo. Tickover seems fine. Just when warm tick a ticking sound.

Ye thats it. So whats the thoughts on the new one with the noise.

No tickover is fineand no its not loud like a dirty D not sure if you remember my cup. First one with the yoz cams. Done at gdi.

ive got what sounds like tappets sound from my engine, its tike a ticking sound, as i havent had a clio in years i didnt know if this was normal. its not as loud as the old fiesta engines that had tappets. any ideas or help

rear brakes arrived. so now have a big jobs list refurb konis paint rear beam replace srings paint brakes silver replace brakes fit exhaust fit engine mounts, its gunna be a long few weeks.

few bits arrived today, im removing the OMP group N and putting on a k tec, replacing sprigs as the one sat on the konis at the front are red and rears are yellow so dont trust they are the correct ones for the car.

im after some for my 172 my renault dealer doesnt stock them and there are no more on ebay, any ideas where i can get a set

i need a new bonnet for my 172 found a few traders on ebay that have new ones for arround £80. anyone know a company that do them. ive tried companys like EU, GSF, cheers

its my mates workshop, there has been many drunken evenings spent cleanin cars in there, it does come in handy when he has no customers cars in there.

im getting rid off the omp group n system and want to get the k-tec recessed system, the one i have a the mo has i cut in the bumper, i want to see if the k-tec one sits in the same place thanks
