The 240 is a better handling car compared to the 140, but, the 140 can be fitted with the 240 springs which are a stiffer spring, but still retain the road compliance. It definitely improves them as we fitted some to a mates 140.
You didn’t miss is mate. Everywhere else location wise looked/looks s**t, and that included using the cam pulley as a pickup. This works better for our application as the cams don’t have the horseshoe slot.

No, it’s because they don’t allow it to fully go to sleep. No need to disconnect the battery.
What m5 was it out of interest? The engine failure is something I’ve seen. And when I brief test one and it flags it up on the screen, I’ll take a picture. 👍🏻
